I just want to say, you are truly an inspiration. This picture, the story behind it, everything. You're an incredibly strong person and it's amazing that you can see that now. This picture tells it all, without telling a thing. I love it. Honestly and truly. You're an amazing artist and I love how you can convey the emotions perfectly through your work. I also wanted to say that this picture is helping with me a story I am writing. The emotions are similar and I was searching around DA for something to help me. This is exactly what I needed to see, oddly enough. Thank you for sharing your amazing work. I can't express that enough :)

The strange thing is that I had a talk with my mother that lasted for hours yesterday, and she just let all the pain of her entire life out, for me to listen. When I read your text I understood that her situation was not a special case, and that conclusion with "help yourself and love yourself before the rest of the world because if you don't you'll be smashed by all the bad things in the world that you cannot handle alone" or something... thanks for making me realise. Wow long comment sorry ^^'

Wow incredible! One can really feel that sinister humor in your drawing. You should experiment drawing with charcoal, it might help to enhance the emotional charge of your lines. Great, love your work!

I'd love to experiment with charcoal! I used it now and then back at school, but I hate all the dust and dirt that sticks to fingers and surfaces :< It's messy stuff!

The messynes is part of the feel of the technique,at least for me, look at kathe kollwitz for example. Anyhow, that one is a great piece with a lot of powerful expression, congrats!

It's a new style for me to work with and it's really amazing to just let go and let the lines make the image without trying to keep control :)
